how to over come exam fear and get good score:

one thing to remember is dont put your child in stress or if youare ging to write the exam stop being in stress cus you gonna lower your marks rather than incr. them being in stress and other thing is its not a meracle that you read just before an exam and be a topper most of your friends may say that they read just before exam and get a good score its not true so try to read or prepaire dailyand here some tips you can follow

Relax. Try doing some meditation. Give your brain some rest and think positive.
Make a plan and follow a plan. Divide your topics and complete them in parts
Take breaks in between study hours. Breaks are as important as studying.
Avoid repetitive reading. There is a common feeling that if I read again and again, I will retain it. Avoid it. Continue with your plan
If you follow your plan properly, you’ll have enough time to revise everything.
Sleep properly. Your body and brain need rest. A sound sleep makes you more efficient for the next day.
Talk to your parents and friends. This also helps in reducing your anxiety and stress

Think positive. Think about your strengths and not your weaknesses.
