depression and how to overcome it easily :

depression is the thing which can be seen in lots of people now a days and its too dangerous if proper treatment is not taken one thing every one should know that depression is different from all other mental illness problems this could be caused because of sudden change in situations in life and also due to many other factors if you know any one who is going through this depression take them to some medical help as soon as possible and to a Councillor 

    Not everyone who is depressed or manic experiences every symptom. Some people experience a few symptoms, some many. Severity of symptoms varies with individuals and also varies over time.
1.Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" mood
2.Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism
3.Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness
4.Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed
5.Decreased energy, fatigue, being "slowed down"
6.Difficulty concentrating, remembering, or making decisions
7.Insomnia, early-morning awakening, or oversleeping
8.Appetite and/or weight loss or overeating and weight gain
9.Thoughts of death or suicide; suicide attempts
Restlessness, irritability

11.Persistent physical symptoms that do not respond to treatment, such as headaches, digestive disorders, and chronic pain
