1.Walk for 45 minutes a day:The reason we’re suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you’re eating.

2.Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals: A 1999 South African study found that when men ate parts of their morning meal at intervals over five hours, they consumed almost 30 percent fewer calories at lunch than when they ate a single breakfast. Other studies show that even if you eat the same number of calories distributed this way, your body releases less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps control hunger.

3.go join a gym if you have time : most of them wants to lose there weight without any pain or workout its possible but takes too long time i have personally seen many people who go to gym and got a perfect shape so better opt gym than doctor.

4.drink lemon juice with honey: if you are really hungry and want
to eat more than a small diet drink lemon juice with honey it, which not only helps to loose ua weight but gives you lots of energy.

5. give up junk food : this is the most imp. thing one should do because more you eat junk food more the fat enter to ua body no matter how much you workout you see lil amount of effect in your weight so dont eat junk food not even once in a week.

one thing to remember is dont put your child in stress or if youare ging to write the exam stop being in stress cus you gonna lower your marks rather than incr. them being in stress and other thing is its not a meracle that you read just before an exam and be a topper most of your friends may say that they read just before exam and get a good score its not true so try to read or prepaire dailyand here some tips you can follow

Relax. Try doing some meditation. Give your brain some rest and think positive.
Make a plan and follow a plan. Divide your topics and complete them in parts
Take breaks in between study hours. Breaks are as important as studying.
Avoid repetitive reading. There is a common feeling that if I read again and again, I will retain it. Avoid it. Continue with your plan
If you follow your plan properly, you’ll have enough time to revise everything.
Sleep properly. Your body and brain need rest. A sound sleep makes you more efficient for the next day.
Talk to your parents and friends. This also helps in reducing your anxiety and stress

Think positive. Think about your strengths and not your weaknesses.
